I had in mind to head to the waterfall above Largs but my pal was up the other day and said there is next to no water coming over it.
For the meantime - unless we have a two-week deluge - let's just go for the good old Pencil as a start point. Then we've got the seafront walk along to the town itself. A nice evening almost guarantees the appearance of some guid auld worthies.
Shall we say 7.15pm for this one as we are into August and the light is already going by 9pm. Meet point is the car park on the right as you approach the Marina at the public slipway.
